Woodside: Search for missing hiker continues

WOODSIDE — The search continued Fri for an insulin-dependent woman who went missing the previous day after going for a hike in the woods with that person Australian shepherd, authorities said.

Bethnee Haury, 56, left a bed and breakfast in unincorporated Woodside, where she was staying with that person husband and son, around 1:30 in the afternoon Thu remarked Sergeant Sal Zuno of the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. The person husband called police when it got dark and she hadn’t returned.

Haury was last seen by a passer-by around four in the afternoon Thu on Skyline Blvd. wearing a pink top and black yoga pants.
